Jeff commenced the practice in 1973, after training and valuation experience with the Queensland Valuer Generals Department, and the Australian Property Office. Since then the single practitioner office has grown into today’s large and diverse Valuation Practice.
During his career Jeff has practiced in the majority of valuation fields, has conducted numerous property developments, owned and directed a number of hotel, caravan park and grazing operations, and conducted a building firm engaged in residential construction.
Jeff currently specialises in commercial / industrial and development valuation in the Mackay / Whitsunday region, and hospitality valuations throughout regional Queensland. He is currently one of two accredited specialist Retail Valuers in the Mackay/ Whitsunday Region, and is a member of the Australian Property Institute Board of Examiners.
On a personal level his interests are golf, fishing charters, tennis, holidays with children and grandchildren and travelling with wife Michele.

Justin is a specialist Rural Property Valuer, with more than 10 years valuation experience, and is a Founding Director of Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) Pty Ltd.
He grew up on rural properties in regional Queensland and still maintains rural property interests, which provides him with a unique hands-on knowledge in the valuation of Rural Property enterprises.
Qualifications include a Certificate in Agricultural Production, Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Masters Degree in Accountancy. He also uses a private Pilots Licence when required for property inspections.
On a personal level his interests include participating and watching team sports, and enticing his four children to help him fence or muster cattle on weekends.

Paul has been with Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) Pty Ltd since 2003 after a long career in the banking industry spanning more than 21 years where he specialised in commercial lending at senior management level.
He practices in a wide range of valuation areas including residential, commercial, industrial, subdivisions and unit developments. He also is a Qualified Specialist Retail Valuer and is one of only two Specialists in the Region.
Paul currently sits as a Representative in the Queensland division of the Australian Property Institute in his role as a Divisional Councillor and uses this ongoing experience to deliver positive outcomes for the Valuation profession and its clients.
On a personal level, Paul has an interest in local junior sports as his son's rugby league team coach, and is an active member of the school community and several community fundraising projects.

Registered as a Queensland Valuer since 1992 and boasting an Associate Diploma in Business (Real Estate Valuation), Tim is a highly experienced property valuer.
He specialises in residential, commercial, industrial, tourism, subdivision and unit developments valuations in the growing region of Whitsunday and Bowen, including island developments in the Whitsundays.
As a full time resident of Airlie Beach since 2005, Tim likes to use his free time searching for hidden fishing spots with his two sons.

Registered as a Queensland valuer since 1983, Bret is one of the most experienced valuers in the Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) Pty Ltd team. He also has more than 22 years experience as a valuer with the Queensland Government and more than 18 years experience in private practice.
He specialises in the valuation of single and multi-unit residential, residential englobo lands, commercial, industrial, rural residential/hobby farms, rural property, motel, caravan parks and other specialist type properties.
As a long term resident of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs area, Bret has extensive knowledge and understanding of this local market.
Bradley Volp

Like his Toowoomba counterpart Bret Taylor, Bradley has extensive experience as a valuer and has been a registered valuer since 1976. Additionally, he has been an Associate with the Australian Property Institute since 1985.
His experience includes 26 years continuous employment with the Queensland Government as a valuer in various management roles and almost five years part-time with the USQ Faculty of Engineering and Surveying.
Bradley has been a Director of Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) Pty Ltd since 2002 and specialises in asset valuations, Government contracts and a wide range of rural property.

Based in Brisbane and servicing Southern Queensland, Bruce is a highly experienced specialist plant and machinery valuer.
A qualified Automotive Engineer and licensed Commercial Pilot, Bruce has vast experience in the automotive and machinery industries with a wealth of knowledge in areas including: automotive, trucks/trailers, earthmoving equipment, mining equipment, forklifts, mobile cranes, engineering, aircraft, marine and portable buildings.
Additionally, Bruce offers valuation services to the hospitality industry (motels, hotels and caravan parks) and conducts asset valuations for audit and reporting purposes.

Ryan Booth

Ryan has been registered since January 2000 and has extensive experience in all facets of the property market. He initially gained his Valuation experience in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast prior to relocating to Mackay in 2006.
He specialises in all aspects of property Valuation with particular emphasis on industrial & commercial property and development sites. He covers a wide geographic area that includes Mackay, The Whitsundays and Bowen.
Gemma Chataway

Gemma commenced work with Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) Pty Ltd initially as an Administration Assistant over 5 years ago before getting the "calling" to undertake study for the Valuation profession.
Gemma recently graduated in one of the first classes from CQU's Property School and was Registered in May 2010 and she is currently awaiting confirmation regarding her application for Associate status with the Australian Property Institute.
Currently she practices in all aspects of Residential valuation work.
Andrea Serginson

Andrea began working at Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) in 2004, initially in an administration role. It wasn't long before she began studying Valuation externally through Central Queensland University, and completed her studies late 2010.
She recently gained Registration, and has received her Associateship with CPV status with the Australian Property Institute.
Currently Andrea practices in all aspects of the residential valuation spectrum.
Victoria Gracie

Victoria began at Opteon (Central and Southern QLD) in October 2011, initially in an Assistant Valuer role.
After completing her studies at Central Queensland University, she graduated with a Bachelor of Property.
Victoria gained Registration through the Queensland Valuers Registration Board in February 2012, and has recently received her Associateship with CPV status with the Australian Property Institute.
Currently Victoria practices in all aspects of the residential spectrum in the Mackay and Bowen Basin regions.
Debbie Swindley

Debbie commenced work as a Real Estate Salesperson in February 2001 with LJ Hooker in Rockhampton. Her passion for property created a goal to become a Property Valuer, and in 2005 Debbie enrolled in the Bachelor of Property degree now being offered at the Central Queensland University.
In 2007 Debbie joined a local Rockhampton valuation firm working as a Cadet Valuer. She graduated in November 2009, and gained Registration as a Property Valuer in 2010.
Debbie joined Opteon (Central & Southern Qld) Pty Ltd in January 2012, and currently undertakes valuations through the Rockhampton office.
